What makes us different? Our team reflects the communities we serve. Over 60% of our workforce — including leadership — are women, and 55% are youth bringing fresh ideas and fearless energy. Many of our talented technicians started with us from low-income neighborhoods in Kangemi and Kawangware, where we trained them in event styling, site execution, and customer experience through our community empowerment programs.
